This home located in Fort McMurray was in dire need of a kitchen renovation for both overall function as well as aesthetic style. We couldn’t remove any walls but were able to reconfigure the layout of cabinetry + appliance locations significantly in order to create a more efficient workflow in the kitchen. The clients wanted the space to feel bigger + brighter but still maintain warmth, so we paired light maple lower cabinets with white shaker uppers and added black knobs + pulls for a pop of contrast. Through subtle modern farmhouse details and traditional elements we created a kitchen that conveys the clients personal style but also supports timeless design.
