This home located in Fort McMurray was definitely due for a renovation in order to better serve the young family of 4 and achieve a brighter, more modern design aesthetic. My client knew what she wanted, the whitest whites and the perfect tone of rift white oak. Challenge accepted. We started with the kitchen, where we maintained the galley style but relocated some appliances and maximized storage + counter space.The combination of crisp white slab upper cabinets, rift cut white oak slim shaker lower cabinets, marble look quartz w. waterfall edges, the horizontal black modern pulls, stacked skinny subway tile backsplash, and grey textured vinyl tile flooring created abright + contemporary space w. the perfect punch of contrast. Once the kitchen renovation was completed we moved onto the main bathroom where we repeated the same beautiful details and removed a closet to extend the length of the vanity!
