This northern Alberta home located in Fort McMurray was purchased as a flip project by a client who wanted to create something outside the norm for resale. We removed multiple walls to achieve an open floor plan, added a ton of storage with new cabinetry in the kitchen + dining areas, as well as injected warmth + character through the thoughtfully curated finish selections. The deep green-grey island paired with warm light grey perimeter cabinets, off-white artisan tiles, marbled white quartz countertops, warm brass knobs + pulls, black fixtures, and mid-toned “wood” vinyl plank floors created a layered + inviting space that was unlike anything else on the market. In collaboration with the client we also had the opportunity to stage + style the main living spaces in order to complete the vision and assist in the ultimate sale of the home.
